A 90-minute online chess lesson designed for students who benefit from a slower, more deliberate pace and the opportunity to think deeply about their decisions. This extended session allows time to examine complex positions, weigh alternatives carefully, and develop sound judgment without rushing. Lessons focus on decision-making under uncertainty, recognizing critical moments, and understanding when to act and when to wait. Instruction emphasizes restraint, clarity, and thoughtful evaluation rather than speed or memorization. Each lesson is personalized to the student’s level, goals, and learning style, making this format well suited for players who value depth, reflection, and a calm, complete approach to learning.
Cancellation Policy
Private Online Chess Lessons – Booking Policy (For all single lessons, any duration) Lesson Format All lessons are conducted online and are scheduled for the selected duration at the time of booking. Scheduling & Rescheduling Lessons must be scheduled in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used, except in cases of genuine emergency. This policy exists to protect reserved instructional time and support consistent progress. No-Shows Missed lessons without notice are considered forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking priority. Instructor Cancellations If the instructor must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited in full. No lesson will ever be lost due to instructor cancellation. Refunds Individual lessons are non-refundable once booked. Agreement By booking a lesson, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
