Chess Essentials: Build Your Foundation Session: January 18 - May 9, 2024 (16 classes) Time: Thursdays, 5:30pm - 6:30pm No class during Spring Break week. Join us for "Chess Essentials," a comprehensive course led by Candidate Master John Hendrick. With over 17 years of teaching experience, John is the owner and lead coach of Foundation Chess. Flexible Enrollment: Choose one or more classes to fit your schedule and chess level. We welcome students from 2nd grade to 7th grade, with private tutoring available for K-1st graders who want to catch up. What to Expect: Master the fundamentals of chess, from piece movement to advanced strategies. Develop critical thinking and strategic skills in a supportive and engaging environment.
