Service Description
A 45-minute online chess lesson designed for students ready to slow down and think more carefully about their decisions. This format allows time to examine positions from multiple perspectives, understand why plans work, and connect ideas across different phases of the game. Lessons emphasize clarity, reasoning, and long-term understanding rather than memorization. Instruction is personalized to the student’s level, goals, and learning style, with guidance that encourages reflection, patience, and sound judgment. This session length is well suited for players who want more than quick instruction and benefit from a thoughtful, structured conversation about their games and thinking process.
Cancellation Policy
Private Online Chess Lessons – Booking Policy (For all single lessons, any duration) Lesson Format All lessons are conducted online and are scheduled for the selected duration at the time of booking. Scheduling & Rescheduling Lessons must be scheduled in advance. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a lesson. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used, except in cases of genuine emergency. This policy exists to protect reserved instructional time and support consistent progress. No-Shows Missed lessons without notice are considered forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking priority. Instructor Cancellations If the instructor must cancel, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited in full. No lesson will ever be lost due to instructor cancellation. Refunds Individual lessons are non-refundable once booked. Agreement By booking a lesson, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
