That is correct. The answer is 1.b6! Black can play 1...axb6 or 1...cxb6. If 1...axb6, white plays 2.c6! sacrificing a pawn. After 2...bxc6, white plays a6 and the white pawns are too fast. If 1...cxb6, white plays 2.a6! sacrificing the a pawn this time. After 2...bxc6, white plays c6 and white queens first.
